The place had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. "I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was still not ready. We had to wait a further 30 mins. Overall we managed. Not what we were expecting though. It was located near the train station which was convenient. And there was a supermarket around the corner. Notification that it is student accommodation would have been nice "

"Came down to stay after watching the match and title celebrations in liverpool. Easy to get into. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Ammenities worked and was a good place to rest up before coming back home."

"Molly and Grace were very helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near public transport aswell as a place to park our car. If I could provide any feedback it would be, the TV could have been bigger and there could have been face washers in the bathroom. "
