Finished to a very high standard throughout, it pairs clean, modern design with a fantastic location just a short stroll from the beach, local shops, cafés and the links – perfect whether you’re here for sea air, sandy toes or tee times. On the ground floor, a stylish, sociable kitchen sits at the centre of the house, complete with a dual-fuel Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your favourite pods) and two fridges across the kitchen and utility. A large dining table seats up to ten, making it ideal for lazy breakfasts and long, chatty dinners after a day on the water or the fairways. The adjoining living room offers comfortable seating, TV with Freesat and DVD player, plus a small table and chairs for games, books or a quiet drink. Patio doors open onto a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor table and chairs and a Weber charcoal BBQ, giving you a sheltered space to dine and unwind outdoors. Also on this level you’ll find a sleek family bathroom with bath, shower-over-bath, double wash basins and bidet, along with a separate WC. A well-equipped utility room houses a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and Wi-Fi router, while a generous lockable store with street access is ideal for safely stowing bikes, golf clubs and beach gear – a real bonus for active breaks in Elie. Halfway up the stairs there’s an additional shower room with WC and wash hand basin, keeping mornings and post-beach showers running smoothly for larger groups. Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms are arranged to suit a variety of party sizes. One double bedroom opens through a glass door into a sun room with access to a roof-top seating area, where rattan furniture and sea views make a lovely spot for an evening drink.
