"We very much enjoyed our stay in the raven Wing apartment. It had everything we needed. It had everything advertised. Communication with the management was very easy and they were very responsive. When our clothes dryer died they sent someone to pick up our wet clothes, take them out get them dried and folded and returned them the same night. I could not ask for better service."

The old abbey (now the Highland Club) is a beautiful old building. It is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the heart of Fort Augustus with its restaurants and shops. "stayed 3 nights with my husband between xmas and new year. the apartment is welcoming and spotless and of a very good standard. the view from the front is stunning. we did have a powercut due to storm gerrit but it did not stop us having a restful few days. Good location to visit lots of places nearby and Inverness was only 1 hour away. Would recommend!"

"This property is magical! There's not a better word for it! The property itself is located right on Loch Lochy, which is a quick drive to Fort William, Spean Bridge, the Ben Nevis gondola ride area. "A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. The double bed is also rather short - I am 5' 9" and my feet kept touching the base board - someone...

He gave us the code and was apologetic but still waiting for up date from yourselves. We got into the property some 2 hours late which wasn't a good start to our break. Communication had been good to this part. Accommodation suited us and great location. Would use again for a group of lads"

"Apartment was nice and clean. Location is great with a lot in walking distance. Beautiful grounds and Abbey. Please be aware that 1st floor is actually up several sets of stairs in an apartment attached to the Abbey and no elevators. Washer/Dryer all-in-one takes hours for a small load. Overall a nice stay once you got all your stuff up the stairs."

"We stayed in one of the chalets for 3 night and enjoyed our stay very much! It was comfortable, clean and warm with a nice view of the lake. Staff were friendly - we had a kitchen tap broken and it was checked right away and fixed the next day. We would consider staying again in the future."
