For 6 persons. Ideal family or friends. Fully secure landscaped property not overlooked Located in the heart of the marshes 10 minutes by bike by the cycle paths of Sauveterre beach and its forest, you have two canoes to discover the flora and fauna through magnificent walks in the canals. 10min also from the embankment of Sables d'Olonne. Everything is done on foot or by bike. You have 3 bedrooms including a master suite with dressing area, bathroom and wc, 1 shower room, kitchen, utility room, laundry, living room, office, separate wc, dressing room. 2 outbuildings: Summer lounge with TV, bicycle storage barbecue. The villa has been completely renovated and benefits from all modern comforts (fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi access, TV, ...).
