Approximately 25 m² (260 sq ft) rental, on the 6th floor with elevator, close to all amenities in a residence on the embankment. This 2-star furnished tourist accommodation includes an entrance hall and an alcove with a 90 cm (39 ft) extra bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony/terrace with garden furniture overlooking the sea. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a multifunction microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet. Linens not provided. STUD 173  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €78.

#### Super emplacement

Très bon emplacement le studio est conforme aux photos, moderne clean très lumineux. Balcon assez grand. Seul bémol le clic clac faut pas s'attendre à un confort fabuleux , ça reste un clic clac. Il y a également un lit supplémentaire à déplier. La vue est superbe face à la mer , des commerces, restaurants. Je recommande ce logement et l'agence très sympa réactive en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Tres joli petit appartement qui coupe le souffle par sa vue mer idéalement située... I’l dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour parfait!!!seul petit bémol le couchage clic clac n est pas hyper stable pour deux personnes !! I seul point noir de cette location....

Logement bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque, tout est pensé. Un seul bémol. La literie du clic clac est à remplacer rapidement. Le matelas est inconfortable. Hs.
