Prestigious sea-facing apartment Les Sables d'Olonne ROSE Holidays offers you this superb 130 m² prestige apartment, modern and tastefully decorated, with an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne! Apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on Promenade Lafargue, in the first line facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort just steps away from the beach and city centre shops, highly sought after by holidaymakers. Composition of the Accommodation Large living room-lounge open to the sea-facing balcony, with study, sofa, coffee tables, large dining table (8 chairs), large screen TV and Wi-Fi. Fitted glass partition with a double sofa bed (additional sleeping accommodation). Large bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Independent WCs. Open and fully equipped kitchen: Induction hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, bean coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and numerous storage spaces. Night side: A first room with multiple sleeping arrangements: a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor: an independent studio with a bedroom (double bed), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony, enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the ocean, perfect for admiring sunsets. Parking Paid parking on the streets. Free at the Sablière car park. Peculiarity This accommodation had the pleasure of welcoming the superb Violette d'Orange upon her arrival from the Vendée Globe 2024/2025!
