 Sea View Studio Presidents' District, Les Sables-d'Olonne   
  
ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely studio located on the 7th floor of a residence with a lift, offering an unobstructed view of the bay of Sables-d'Olonne.   
  
Newly renovated, at the foot of the beach and the lively Presidents district, it can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children).   
  
 An ideal location:   
  
Everything is within walking distance! Beach, Tanchet lake, shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy everything is in immediate proximity.   
  
 The accommodation consists of:   
  
 A beautiful kitchen/living room space open to a balcony facing the sea, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed in 160 cm.   
  
 An open and functional kitchen, fully equipped: kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and storage.   
  
 A cabin bedroom area with bunk beds (90 cm) and integrated reading lights, perfect for children!   
  
 A spacious bathroom, with washbasin unit, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine and storage.   
  
 Separate toilet.   
  
 Balcony with sea view:   
  
Equipped with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif facing the ocean.

#### Un magnifique week-end les pieds dans l’eau

Un magnifique week-end grâce a l’emplacement de cet appartement. Places de parking au pied de l’immeuble, accès directement à la mer. Proche d’un magasin de proximité (7minutes a pieds), proximité de la thalasso, du casino, du zoo etc… Tout à proximité ! Un appartement très bien aménagé qui permet d’avoir deux couchages enfants. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ainsi que la conciergerie ! Accueillant, professionnel et arrangeant, n’hésitez plus ! À bientôt ️.
