Located in the heart of the Pironnière district and just a few metres from Tanchet beach, this 60 m² house, with 2 bedrooms and able to accommodate up to 5 people, will be the perfect place to gather as a family. During the beautiful days, you will enjoy getting together in the garden to enjoy the sun's rays while the children have fun. You can also, on summer mornings, savour your breakfast there and thus start the day well. Here, you will find all the necessary comfort to spend relaxing holidays: a living area with a living room/dining room, a television corner and a modern, fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). The sleeping area, for its part, has two bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed, and the second with a double bed and a single bed.
