Beds are made upon arrival. Wi-Fi is provided. Another apartment is located on the first floor. A private, enclosed 100 m² garden is located at the rear, with a terrace (garden furniture with parasol, table and chairs covered by an awning, sun loungers, and a griddle), and a 12 m² garden shed. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. The center of Les Sables d'Olonne is 2 km away. Heating is included from October 15th to April 15th. Bed linen is provided.
