  • Charming Vendée house of 70m2 with 2 bedrooms, quietly located in Les Sables d'Olonne. It is ideal for family holidays (bikes available, barbecue, board games, TV, Molky, Internet VDSL, ...).
    Oriented South-West, its garden with courtyard is private. The whole is closed walls.
    The living room with TV has a convertible sofa bed 2 places. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The other has 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe.
    The house is renovated with double glazed windows and insulation from the outside. In addition the boiler is very recent and efficient (HQE).
