ROSE Holidays offers you this tastefully renovated apartment, in a private and secure residence, in a quiet area, with a shared swimming pool (15/05 to 15/09), located in the Marcellière district of Les Sables d'Olonne, close to the pine forest, the casino and the thalassotherapy centre. Capacity: up to 6 people. Bright apartment consisting of a living room-dining area open to a balcony with a view of a tree-lined garden, equipped with a 140 sofa bed, coffee table, TV, WiFi, high table and 6 chairs. Open equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filters Tassimo), washing machine.
