Ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for discovering the charm of the Chaume district, it is located just steps away from the quays, the Olona marina, and numerous local businesses: bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. You can also easily access the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to the ferry, which crosses the channel in just a few minutes. Composition of the Accommodation The interior of the house has been completely renovated and decorated with care, offering a warm and contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor: A lovely double room with bathroom, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity. Upstairs: A friendly living area comprising a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, microwave, coffee maker... A double bed in a mezzanine, offering a cosy corner with a view of the living area. A small balcony with a view of the canal, perfect for a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation at the end of the day. Ideal Location 2 minutes' walk from the Chaume quay and its shops (bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurants...). 6 minutes by car from the train station and city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne. 7 minutes by bicycle from Paracou beach.
