ROSE Concierge offers you this beautiful duplex apartment, located in a secure residence, close to the wild Chaumoise coast. Capacity: up to 5 people. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped apartment, on the 2nd floor without a lift. Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed 140 cm, TV, table, chairs, coffee table. Access to closed balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm and storage. Bedroom 2 (mezzanine): 180 cm bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bathroom with bathtub, sink unit, washing machine. Separate WC. Secure private garage street parking possible. Accommodation classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation since March 2022\. Location: 8 min walk from Bassin Dombret 10 min walk from restaurants and bars on La Chaume quay 9 min drive from the train station and city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne Practical Information Accommodation Hours Arrival: from 4 PM (not before) Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late Arrivals A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.
