Just 150 meters from the shops, this privileged location is the ideal starting point for pleasant walks or bike rides along the ocean, the lake or even thalassotherapy. Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it consists of a welcoming entrance, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the living room, with a 140 cm rapid daybed. Two comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a 160 cm bed and the the other with a 140 rapido bench seat. A modern bathroom and separate toilets with hand basin complete the layout of this apartment. Quality equipment will make your stay more pleasant: 4 hotplates, hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television, WIFI and of course, the private garage. Logement très bien mais un lit, plutôt qu’un canapé serait souhaitable dans la chambre, surtout qu’il y a bien de la place, un jour où deux ça va mais une semaine NON. Attention à la télévision qui fait des manières à cause du câble, très désagréable de devoir la réinitialiser tous les 10 mn le soir quand le lampadaire est allumé, mauvais contact.
