Auf der Terrasse war die Glastür durch die Vormieter zerstört und hielt nur durch Klebeband zusammen was die Nutzbarkeit stark einschränkte. Wir lieben den Garten mit den alten Bäumen und haben uns bei dem schönen Wetter hauptsächlich dort aufgehalten. C’est très dommage d’avoir une maison comme celle-ci non entretenue. Par contre l’état des WC est lamentable (lunette et canalisations réparées avec du scotch ,il faut taper sur le réservoir pour qu’il se remplisse)devrait être rénové comme la salle d’eau,mais la VMC ne fonctionne pas dans la salle d’eau. Le grand terrain arboré est très agréable,c’est un lieu très calme. Nous remercions les propriétaires d’accepter les chiens . Très grand et beau jardin de pinède et cyprès, grande maison mais mal organisée : des belles pièces mais, pour 4 adultes un cabinet de toilette misérable de 1m2 environ avec une colonne étagère en plastique branlante, une ampoule sur 2 qui ne marche pas, la porte à glissière de la douche qui ne ferme pas, des WC indigents mais propres, c'est nettement insuffisant. Des meubles et décorations de murs vieillots ce qui explique mon titre. Toutefois la cuisine est bien aménagée et en bon état. Nous avons bien profité du jardin car il faisait beau et on a pu dîner dehors et des plages qui sont proches, marché le long des promenades qui relient un village à l'autre par le bord de mer. Et fait du tourisme dans le pays de Retz. En conclusion la région est intéressante, la maison est bien placée mais a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'installations sanitaires de qualité pour justifier le prix demandé. ##### Georges G. Vaisselle sale dans les placard. Dessus de lit et housse de canapé avec poils sable, cheveux résidus d'aliments... 3 heures de ménage en arrivant....
