"This is an exemplary property. You will feel like you have been transported to Architectural Digest and the grounds are straight out of a fairytale. The staff is unobtrusive but always handy and helpful. My one caveat is the onsite restaurant is a bit presumptuous but did not live up to the standard. An experience but not one I would repeat "

"It opened our eyes to how busy the Seine River is asa major trading route, and how attractive the Seine Valley is. The hotel was an ideal place to get to Giverny easily and we enjoyed 2 full days in Giverny, including a visit to Monet's garden and house. The château de Roche Gayon was a most interesting piece of history in the Seine Valley. "

The owning family and their staff were first class and looked after our group of 5 adults superbly. Nothing was too much trouble and their service was great. "Outstanding hotel, with very exciting decor. The large car park in a quiet area is safe and easy to use. The hotel has a small, immaculate bar area and an attractive restaurant serving good, reasonably priced meals. The separate breakfast room is also good with an excellent breakfast selection of cereal, pastries, cold meats/cheeses and hot food. If you need one night before visiting Monet’s garden (about 10 mins drive) then this is highly recommended."
