The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Les Angles, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 24 m ÂČ and being able to accommodate to 4 adults and two children. It is composed of a nice living room of 14 mÂČ, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a mezzanine. We are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 14 mÂČ living room with a TV and a sofa bed (double - 160x200cm).
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, raclette / pierrade machine...
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
- A mezzanine with two single beds (90x190cm).
- A bathroom with shower, WC.

Outside :
- A loggia with a beautiful view on the lake of Matemale facing east.

The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the town centre, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Vista MatĂ©mala "Nice place for a few days 🙂 Great view of the lake, great location a short walk from the town. Comfy beds and all of the kitchen equipment that you could want and need. There was board games too. 🙁 I had to call a person to get the lock box code. It wasn't a smooth process as they couldn't hear me and I had to message them a picture of the reservation. They didn't know who I was. They could have just messaged me the code before and it would have been much easier. It was a bit dusty and in need of a deeper clean. It was like no one had stayed there for months."

Vista MatĂ©mala Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Le logement ? et trĂšs bien placĂ©. Il se situe dans le village et Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied des pistes. Concernant la propretĂ© du logement, quelques saletĂ©s ont Ă©tĂ© retrouvĂ©es mais dans l’ensemble il Ă©tait trĂšs propre. Je recommande ce logement ainsi que l’agence.

Vista MatĂ©mala "SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, petit appart trĂšs fonctionnel et bien situĂ©. 2 bĂ©mols : J’attendais une pers de l’agence pour « m’accueillir et m’installer
 » (RDV convenu via l’appli.) La pers m’a donnĂ© les clĂ©s devant la porte fermĂ©e, me reprochant au passage de ne pas l’avoir appelĂ©. Accueil pas ouf mais on a eu les clefs Ă  l’heure convenue. En arrivant, une « bonne odeur de WC », cuvette sale, le sol et le placard des casseroles pas clean, (1 casserole pas lavĂ©e, rangĂ©e telle qu’elle) poĂȘles en mauvais Ă©tat... Cela dit, notre sĂ©jour fut trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien chauffĂ© (pensez aux boules Quies pour les bruits du radiateur) et il y a tout ! Bouilloire, machine a cafĂ©, four, frigo, plaques, vaisselle, tire bouchon, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©/cartes, TV (les chaines sont rĂ©glĂ©es), chargeur USB, Ă©ponges neuves et liquide vaisselle (pensez au torchon, tapis de bain et PQ). Vue magnifique, le soleil rentre dans le salon le matin ?? On s’y est senti trĂšs bien. Bonus les 2 luges sous l’escalier de l’entrĂ©e :)"

Vista MatĂ©mala l'appartementĂ©tait trĂšs poussiĂ©reux, la vaisselle mal lavee et ebrechee. il n'y a pas de rangement pour les courses alimentaires et les vĂȘtements pour les enfants. la mezzanine est a peine praticable on ne peut se tenir qu'Ă  4 pattes sinon on se cogne la tĂȘte et le dos.

Vista Matémala "AccÚs au logement avec un escalier raide (non stipulé dans la description) et dont la premiÚre marche en bas bouge. Lavabo et douche bouchés (débouchés par nos soins), le fond des WC avec des traces. AlÚzes de matelas trÚs douteuses. Plaque de cuisson sale et taches sur le sol. Couettes malodorantes et posées en vrac sur la mezzanine. Grilles du réfrigérateur rouillées. Téléviseur non fonctionnel (chaines non installées), aprÚs plusieurs essais de notre part, nous avons abandonné. A part la vue sur la montagne et le lac, l'ensemble du logement est limite conforme à la description. Location à éviter."
