"Staff was super friendly but definitely not a family friendly vacation spot!"

"The Google Photos of this hotel make it look far more appealing than it actually is. My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and not once did we get fresh towels, toilet paper, trash bags, or sheets. On top of that, each day we were here, our key magically would stop working while we were out around town causing us to repeatedly have to get it fixed. Going to get it fixed would take at least 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front. The overall cleanliness of this place is terrible. Each trash can you passed was overflowing with garbage and trash bags piled on the sides of them. The shower in our room had other individuals hair all in it and the toilet looked as if it had never been cleaned before. The towels that we had from the beginning of our stay had black stains all over them. Our AC did not work at all during our stay, wouldn’t even turn on. There was a dehumidifier that was completely full, no telling the last time it may have been dumped. There was food and drinks left behind in the fridge from previous guests. There were certain staff members that would walk around asking guests for cigarettes. On the last day of our stay, we tried to check out, no one would come to the front. We called the number left behind and it was a disconnected line. We kept our hopes high that our room would be refreshed each time we would return from being out for the day, but were let down entirely. As stated before, photos online of this hotel are far from the reality of it."

"Awesone stay access to the beach made it great for the kids and family. Great communication with owner. Cleaning staff arrived on time at check out. Which reassured that we enter a clean home. Definitely will be re booking this location in the future. "

"I did not enjoy a place that was not cleaned appliances was dirty. Microwave was dirty rusted out stove was dirty and had rust on it. Refrigerator had rust on it. No part of the apartment was clean to the degree that it should’ve been. It has not been vacuumed. The sheets were dirty. it was not the kind of place I would ever run again."

"The room was updated and very clean! However, I strongly dislike it when the advertising for the resort doesn't state when amenities listed, aren't available. Had i known the splash pad was broken and the indoor pool, hot tub was also unavailable I would not have booked there. Also, I didn't like that you could so loudly hear tge people above us. It sounded like a heard of elephants above us. When I asked for more coffee, I was sent to find the maintenance/ housekeeping building vs it being available at the front desk where it was supposed to be. If I'm staying 3 nights I would expect coffee for three nights. I probably won't stay here again but the rooms themselves were great ."

"Great experience working with the host, communicating and catering to our needs. The stay was fantastic. Clean and spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room offering one of the best views in all of Atlantic Beach. We will definitely be booking another stay next year!"

"The property was very nice, but way smaller in person than the photos showed. The owners share bikes, which was nice. The property is literally on the big road and not fenced in, so not ideal if you plan to have your dogs off-leash. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our personal needs. "
