"Rooms were clean, comfortable. AC was a little loud, bought a fan to cover some of the clattery noise. Only really concerning issue was dampness. Beach towels hung to dry in room after beach trip still wet 2 days later. Paper started to curl, everything very damp-??? Booked in part for the pool. Water cloudy most of the time so didn't swim anyway. Neighbors seemed to need to hang out outside our doorway until 10:30 or 11 every night(we were there a whole week). A little loud, and then went to bed I guess. Breakfast daily was an ok selection. Coffee in breakfast room was great. Coffee in room was awful, but single serve coffee maker worked out fine for purchased coffee to brew from grocery store. Staff very pleasant and accommodating."

"This was our first time staying here and our first time in Atlantic Beach and I can’t even put into words how amazing our stay was here. From the moment we booked, the communication from the manager was nothing short of amazing. They were beyond accommodating and very genuine and honest. Everyone at check in was so sweet and helpful, we loved the southern hospitality! Our room was clean and spacious and we felt right at home all week long. The amenities on the property were great and the pools were clean. The description of all the things they have to offer were spot on and the location to the beach was a short walk. I can cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying there again when we come back!!"

"We could not imagine how property could sleep 21--except on pull out sofas in the middle of living area. View of beach was very good from all levels, but especially the third floor.Kitchen was well stocked and dimenished supplies were delivered quickly. None of the showers had grab bars, something that I believe all bathrooms should have in showers and tubs-- even young people can slip and fall in bathrooms.Path to beach is treacherous and one boy stepped on a cactus. Personally I had to walk down the street 7 houses to access the boardwalk to the beach.Our family just enjoyed ourselves, being all together, we plan to make a similar trip next year! Thanks for helping all of us to have a wonderful week!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve been visiting Atlantic Beach our entire lives and have stayed in many cottages. Although this cottage isn’t oceanfront, the walk over and access were manageable. The cottage had almost everything we needed except a tea pot and drying rack/pad - nothing crucial. The grill was perfect and the porches were pleasant - we even sat out during the rain. We used both living areas daily. There were plenty of bathrooms and tvs! Great internet coverage. One suggestion would be a larger refrigerator or second refrigerator- even a small/bar one for beverages on the first floor. We would return!!"

"Location is great! Quick 5 minute walk to the beach, straight shot. The house was pretty clean and customer service was excellent, super easy check-in/out. The only con was many of the drawers all throughout the house were broken, several lamps didn't work and it was a bit dark inside, it's outdated which is fine but for the rate and the disrepair I thought the coat was a bit high. Otherwise we had a great trip!"
