Every member of the staff from the cleaning service, to the valet parking, to the breakfast staff, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff...TOP Notch!!
Would love to stay there again in the future.
We loved staying at this hotel , was super clean they had delicious food , & complimentary breakfast the best part they don’t charge any deposits & no extra charges . Everyone was so nice . And it’s close to havelock and Atlantic beach .
The check in person warm and friendly. The room with the balcony great view of pool and bay, just loved it. The bar tenders helpful with suggestions and very charming. Loved the location and so did our doodle! Great stay all around.
This is a new hotel so it's very modern and clean, which is nice but the best was the staff, they were so helpful and accommodating especially Sam at the front desk and Landen in the front Concierge as well as pretty much everyone. The hotel is situated within 3 blocks from the main strip in Beaufort. The best thing is it's completely dog friendly so we were able to take our two doggies with us no problem!
The room was excellent - everything felt very clean and brand new. Really spacious and beautifully decorated. The complimentary breakfast was also very satisfying— a wide range of options, including a variety of fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is really convenient, a 0.6 miles walk to the National Park Service ferry to Shackleford and Lookout. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall a great stay!
So nice to stay in a brand new hotel. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the live music by the pool. Great location and polite staff. The only two things I didn't like were that we asked for a harbor view in our reservation, but were given a parking lot view. The shower has a partial glass wall and the water gets all over the floor. Overall, though, a great experience with a relaxing vacation vibe. Food and drinks in the restaurant were 8/10 stars.
Landon the valet parking attendant was excellent. Very helpful, polite, offered help with info and everything. That was a good start
The desk staff and restaurant manager were great. It's a beautiful place too.
Great breakfast included with the room. Only negative is the restaurant doesn’t open until 4 pm, but it is off season. Plenty of dining options within walking distance though

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The breakfast was very good, with hot options everyday, fresh fruit.
Great bar and the food on the menu was very good.
Having stayed over 2 weeks, the cleaning of the room was lacking. The toilet was only wiped down while the bowl was not cleaned, same with the shower, lots of hard water on the shower head, shower head only has one setting and the spray flooded the bathroom, bed was made everyday but the garbage was not taken out everyday. Most of the staff was friendly and helpfull
This is a very nice hotel! My only complaint is that I didn’t plan to stay two nights instead of just one here on our road trip. It’s modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Luxury at an affordable price. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always try to stay at hotels that offer a breakfast and the fare is usually pretty good. But this was a cut above, fresh fruit with yogurt honey or strawberry topping, freshly made French toast, a well seasoned frittata to mention a few. Also, the man who made and served the breakfast (I wish I had gotten his name) was so welcoming and friendly.
Also, the hotel is located just a 3 block walk to the shops and restaurants of this historic town.
Highly recommend.

Brand new, super clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Delicious food; the chips and dip was a very affordable and delectable appetizer. Very friendly staff (including the front desk, the restaurant host, the servers-shout out to Amy-and the breakfast crew).
Only complaint is the fire alarm at 5:00 in
the morning…but I’m assuming that is just our bad luck.😄
This was one of the best little getaways. It is a brand new resort hotel with a fabulous bar and grill, marina, and swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We were going to go somewhere else to eat but the bar and grill was so nice we decided to stay and eat there. We had great fish and shrimp tacos and then we took a three block walk to the waterfront in Beaufort past the beautiful historic homes. The following morning we had a great breakfast with real scrambled eggs, mini quiches, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, and all the other breakfast standards. It was just a perfect location and stay. You will not regret staying at this hotel.
This is a great property, and I would have given it 5 stars is the valet situation wasn’t as absurd as it was. The entire front parking lot is reserved for valet only leaving only a few parking spots on the side of the hotel and street parking. During our stay, only 2 or 3 people utilized valet for their stay. Perhaps it was busier when the restaurant was open. Hotel patrons should not have to park down the street. Compass is nice, but it’s not the Ritz - it’s more like an upscale Holiday Inn. Figure something else out for valet - it’s a huge inconvenience to those of us who just want to get in our cars and go. As for everything else, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was a great surprise, the staff was very friendly, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were pretty good. I’ll be coming back in April.
It was a fine hotel. But it didn’t measure up to the glowing reviews I read beforehand. It was newer, so that was nice. I want impressed with the TV in the room. Pretty basic, and no streaming services. Also, maybe it’s my tech ability, but the thermostat was a bit challenging to operate simply. Also, if you stay there, make sure you get a room NOT on the first floor. We had to, as we booked it close to our visit, and we wanted a king bed. The breakfast was good, better than other chain. We might stay there again, but will look at other options first.
