There was a small leak in the ceiling one day, but the management was able to have someone fix it while we were out the next day. I'd had hoped for more of an apology for the inconvenience. Location by train station is central - the area is the dirtiest in Geneva, but it's also where most of the affordable hotels are and I also feel safe."
