"I went to laundry room, saw that I could pay via a new app. I went to the front desk and asked to buy detergent. There was one to be sold. I was told I could walk to Publix and get some. =( Then - the app didn't work so I went to the front desk to buy quarters. The hotel had one roll of quarters. I asked if I could have that cost put on my room bill - and that was not possible. No ATM nearby. So - no laundry for me. Additionally - the little sundries area to buy incidentals was pretty much empty. We love this hotel option when we visit our daughter at FSU. But - things have been aggravating during my last two stays. Breakfast has been pretty frustrating if you arrive past 745. Nothing is refilled automatically unless you ask. When you do ask, it seems like it is a major chore to refill it. This was around 815am and breakfast closes at 9. =( I'm trying to book again for move-out weekend and really hope things are a bit easier regarding guest amenities."

"We stayed at this property very last minute and were so happy they had availability between renters. We were in town staying at a different location when we had an accident (we hit a black bear at night with our vehicle) and we needed to stay in town a little longer to complete the insurance process and find a car rental. This space is beautiful! We took pictures of the space because we would love to build a home with a layout that is similar. Everything was so clean and well cared for. The kitchen didn't have everything we needed, but that was okay we got along just fine. There was only 1 tab for the dishwasher and laundry, so make sure you bring a few more if you are staying longer than 2 nights. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a larger family to spread out and eat at the table together. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. There were a couple of neighborhood dogs that showed up 1 morning and barked at us, but didn't really bother us much afterwards.Shaun helped make out stay wonderful! We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we are down for a visit!Thank you :) "

"Kitchen had items shoved in dirty drawers. Kitchen was not supplied with hand towels. Heat did not work for two days. TV in Master bedroom had a cracked screen and remote did not work. Dock had boards missing. Overall size of house accommodated our family, but the house needs work, furniture was dirty and blackstone and charcoal grill grate was rusted. Very disappointed in condition of house."

"My family and I was there for son's graduation from FAMU. It was so convenient to school and shopping. Had pizza delivered after 11pm in less than 20 min. It's December so it was a challenge getting the empty house warmed up. We used the oven and small space heater things became comfortable. Overall good time.BTW"

"The host instructions were incorrect to locate the key to the RV. It was in a key box on the hand rail of the RV. When we did get into the RV we told the owner there was damage on the bathroom floor. He said he was aware. We were not aware at the time the floor was rotted through. The flooring around the tiolet was very soft and we did not feel safe. We found another soft spot on the floor under the window by the bed. We stayed the one night and notified the owner so he could make repairs. He said we were lucky he was in town. He never responded. I have pictures. "
