"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "Such a lovely hotel with lovely food and drink served by very friendly staff. I was slightly disappointed with my room as others in our party who had paid the same rate had a fridge in the room ( it was 29c on the day of our stay ) and also bedside plugs - I suffer from sleep apnea and have to sleep with a Cpac machine which ness plugging in - unfortunately I was unable to use this machine on one night thus effecting my sleep that night. However, I lovely mental stay and would love to return one day Thank you , Rob."
