The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this studio with a jacuzzi for rent in Lens. It has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 30 m² living room, a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
On the first floor :  
\- A jacuzzi available all year round  
\- A small lounge area with two armchairs, a table and a TV  
\- An open-plan bathroom with shower  
  
Upstairs:   
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates  
\- A sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200)  
\- A separate toilet

This studio is ideally located in Lens, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
