"Very comfortable and well designed; delightful roof terrace and breakfast dining. Spa on site also very good. 4/5 because of understaffing at breakfast; a bit of clearing / ordering / seating congestion and slightly ruffled waiters. "
"Great property for the price! It's centrally located and within walking distance to everything like restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value and location!"
"Really dislike shared bath room and toilets. The description does not explicitly state shares toilets. Wouldn't have booked it had we known. Also bang on the airport flight path so very noisy in the morning as they're all taking off every couple of minutes. "
"Leaking toilet - water all over bathroom floor. Laminate bubbling up off the floor all over the place - like walking on a trampoline. Not a very nice area. "
"Location is great if you like to spend time in the old quarter, which I do. Alberto was helpful, providing good information and fast to make everything smooth for guests."

The Artist Grand Hotel of Art
10/10 Excellent
"The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return ! "
"The beds are really confortable. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. All staff were kind.
My favourite staff were the housekeeping, always perfect."
"The hotel staff and service was exceptional and the breakfast option was well worth it. I felt very welcome and this hotel had a nice homey feel. Great location for walking distance to main areas but far enough away from any central noise.
My only complaint would be the hot/cold fluctuations with the shower usage. Any time another unit was using the shower at the same time this affected the temperature quite a bit. Tip: shower during the day when not many other guests are around or shower very early or late in the evening."
