"Well, this was one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From arrival, as we arrived several hours before check-in time, the staff said the words every weary traveler wants to hear "your room is ready for you". No extra cost, just 2 room keys and a guide to show us how to get in the room, and operate all of the amenities. I knew from that moment on, that this would be a memorable experience. The room was spotless, the towels were thick and soft, without the smell of clorox. I should mention that we had the Suite Management. The view was of Potzdamer Plaza, and a glorious skyline with a balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on including the pillows. They even offered to"
