"We really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because it really was a nice location. Unfortunately, there were a few items that needed attention. Our shower dispenser was completely empty, so we were left have to use the bar of soap by the sinks. The ceiling to floor mirror was filthy. My wife almost started cleaning it and I told her that it was not our responsibility to clean for the hotel. Lastly, the property is poorly lit at night. We returned back to our room around 9pm and parked in the spa parking lot, which was a 5-minute walk to our room. Although the pathway had lights along it none of them worked. It was completely dark, so we had to use the flashlights on our phones. We felt that this was somewhat negligent for a 5-star rated property. Other than that, we did have a nice stay,"

"5/5 Stars – Incredible host and perfect home!We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, beautiful, and extremely comfortable for our entire group. Our host, Louie, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. She was always available whenever we had questions or needed anything. We hosted my daughter’s bachelorette weekend here, and the house fit us all comfortably with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a better host. Highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. We’ve never seen a more clean, beautiful and overall perfect property! The pool and hot tub were spectacular! The views were breathtaking. Everything was perfectly clean and there were a lot of great amenities to utilize, especially in the kitchen. The location was also super convenient and great. Any questions we had were immediately answered. Could not have been a more perfect vacation! We are so happy and would love nothing more than to come back."

"We stayed for 2 weeks at the wonderful property and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The house was completely furnished with everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived and the area felt very safe. It was a very simple, easy check-in and check-out. They had separate towels for the pool but also a washer and dryer in case we needed to wash more. The pool was very clean. It was great heated and we would suggest paying for the heating. We were able to be in the pool first thing in the morning, in the middle of the day and late at night. The pool man surprised us when he showed up to do maintenance but hopefully, that is in the book now so everyone is expecting it. The area is a great place in Scottsdale with grocery stores and restaurants nearby."

"The property is in excellent condition. All questions were answered promptly. The owners of this property did an wonderful job with the pool and outdoor living space. We spent hours and hours outside. Storing our golf equipment in the garage was a bonus. We will be back!!!"
