"Very disappointed… this stay did not live up to the usual Four Seasons hospitality. The property was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed untrained. Towels at the pool were scarce, and the pool area itself was dirty. We visited in the morning and returned in the evening for a night swim, only to find the same used towels still there and the area not maintained. Sadly, we won’t be returning."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at Civana!
The classes were all super well organized, all of the instructors were very knowledgable and made everyone feel welcomed. The staff was very courteous and professional. The two closest towns were quaint, safe, and had very zen vibes to go along with Civana's same atmosphere. The spa was great, the massage was AMAZING and love that with this service you get to enjoy the amenities of the spa all day.
Only thing I would like to see would be more food options, dinner was a bit pricey but wonderful tasty healthy food. I would highly recommend Civana for anyone looking to re-charge and re-connect with your best self! "

"Cute casita that is updated and well stocked. The space was ample and bright and yet block out window treatments when you need them. The host communicated beautifully with us and even allowed us to check-in last minute when our previous rental space was flooded. Could not have been a nicer place or people to rent from. The area is very beautiful and walking in the neighborhood was not too challenging and the open space was wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental."
"This property is perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful desert area. Our group of 8 adults found all we needed during our visit. The house has comfortable seating areas on both inside levels and outside. The primary kitchen is well-equipped and maintained; having a second kitchen available on the lower floor is a great advantage. The house is located at the end of a aparsely-populated road, so no traffic interferes with outdoor enjoyment. Communication with our hosts was excellent."
