Very secure & easy for everyone in our group. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, nice cookware & pretty much anything you could need. An abundant supply of linens was there if needed. Furniture was in great shape & comfortable. It appeared they were preparing to replace the deck in the back - that it's good as the deck screws were not flush & it seemed to be the weak point of the home. The fence for the yard was also in good shape & felt secure for our dog. The only other item I would say was in disrepair was the storm for. The screen was torn & the door didn't latch unless you manipulated it a bit. I would stay again & recommend it for families.
