"Nice little appartment without a view of the mountain (view on parking lot). Very clean but cooking tools (wine opener, most cooking utensils, scissors etc...) needs replacement. Clearly used as a rental. Quite loud appartment building with soundproofing not very efficient. Size of appartment ok for 2-3 ppl maximum."

"Personne pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée. Lorsque l'on téléphone au numéro indiqué, une personne désagréable nous qu'elle n’est pas en service. Les photos du petit déjeuner (croissants' etc.) ne correspondent pas à la réalité (2 tranches de pain mou à taoster). Personne pour alimenter le petit déjeuner. Musique fort et jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Bâtiment absolument pas isolé phoniquement ni thermiquement. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas. Aucun service."

"(+) Free coffee pods and milk in the room! Very cute room, looks new. Big room and huge balcony. Charming view. There is tv, fridge, hair dryer, safety box, big wardrobe. (-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. Paid more for Comfort Double Room in order to get one queen-size double bed but still got 2 single beds put together → room description & picture does not match. We had a small water leak issue under the sink, I hope they will fix it soon. Communication & support could be improved: nobody was at the reception on the first day and it is a bit slow to get an answer when messaging their mobile number (+41 76 795 66 54 / +41 77 903 31 84)."

"The chalet was nice. Would be good to have an accurate description of where to drop off in a taxi. The place itself has a difficult external and internal stair access that would be tough for older people and not shown on the photos. The host is very helpful, but for foreign visitors the lack of bin bags and clear instructions on water management, insufficient kitchen towels, washing liquid, coffee pods etc which you could expect from something in this price bracket leaves a slight sour taste. On the positive side, it is well equipped, warm, and with good equipment and kitchenware. Also, the access to the lifts and town centre are excellent, super easy to navigate."

"It was a perfect week nice chalet. One remake two times electrical fuses react. Its good to know how many apparatus can be used in one time. We had some problems with the car because of snow and therefore we forgot to pay the wood We used in the hot tub. Sorry we used 25 parts of wood, can we still pay that ? The hanger downstairs for coat's is hanging obliquely because of lose bolts in the wall, thicker both must be installed"

"Awesome! Great Chalet, in a lovely resort. We always go to Nendaz and it’s a great resort for fun, great atmosphere and good snow with a large ski area in the 4 valleys. The Chalet itself was beautiful and the host was super helpful and quick to resolve any issues (we only had 1 small one with bedding but more was delivered within 20 minutes). The only thing I’d say is Google maps “Chalet Ziggy” as its location on VRBO is slightly different, it’s approximately a 20 minute walk into the centre/ski lift but not an issue at all with the busses or if you have a car. An easy walk into town for drinks or dinner. Thanks Darren for being a great host and hopefully see you again soon :) "
