They were flexible and helpful with check-in and other accommodations, as were traveling on a hectic schedule. Extremely small. They had purchased a closet that did not fit in the room. Curtains were torn. Too hot in the room and too noisy outside to leave window open. Shower was like a poor one bought at Home Depot. I didn't like the service at breakfast time. I asked for decaff coffee on the first day and received it after I had eaten all my breakfast. Breakfast was open @ 7:0am. Scrambled eggs had been taken by 7:30am and was told no more eggs. So picked other food. When finished and leaving restaurant they brought out more egg. 2nd day asked for decaff coffee, they never brought it out at all. Very poor service. When checking out and settling up, no one on the service counter. All staff in the restaurant as not enough staff. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. We stayed in the annex building and would recommend the main building on a higher floor if I had to do over.
