There is also a small private exterior on the floor accommodation with outdoor furniture to eat on sunny days.

The accommodation has a shared common area with only one accommodation where you can leave your bikes. It is also possible to put them in the private inner courtyard.

The accommodation is on the ground floor. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility because there are a few steps to get there.

- 20km from Nantes (by the ring road or by the BAC which is 500 metres from the accommodation).
- 12 km from Planète Sauvage, 23km from Legendia Parc. In addition, the accommodation is located on the Loire à vélo route.
- 30km from the first beaches (Pornic, Bernerie-en-retz, moutiers-en-retz...).
- 12km from the Martinière canal.
- 15 minutes from the airport.

There is also a playground 300m from the accommodation.
