Facing the old lighthouse, facing the sea, there's no better place to experience local life, watch the fishing boats go out to sea and return, and see the small trades sorting fish and setting up their stalls. A wonderful place to live, just two minutes' walk from all amenities and the beach. This is a High-End Luxury Apartment, the only one in Le Grau du Roi. Elevator, Reversible Air Conditioning, parking, Garage, Wi-Fi, Sea View Terraces... all make this a truly exceptional location, on the 3rd and top floor of the residence. This apartment is a duplex. Le Phare is fully equipped and has three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with two 80 cm single beds. It also has a living room with an unobstructed view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, and the sea, plus a fully equipped kitchen corner. The apartment is very spacious, modern, airy, and contemporary. Each bedroom has its own bathroom area, with either a shower or a bathtub. It is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for your comfort. And above all, it has a roof terrace of over 100 m² with an unobstructed view of the bay, offering an exceptional setting. The apartment is private, without any overlooking, and is close to all shops and the beach. You will have all the necessary equipment for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. It looks as if the place had been thoroughly cleaned for a photo, the umbrella put up, and the carpet rolled out, only to then leave the roof terrace to the seagulls again. The mail level was nice but the bedrooms were tiny and no room for a suitcase. You go upstairs to the rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi but some of the steps were broken off/chipped. The roof top looks nothing like the pictures. It seemed dirty and not inviting like what was shown. The jacuzzi had a top that was strapped down and when we asked if we can use it the property manager said it doesn’t work and they closed it off because it gets dirty especially from passing birds. The listing clearly says terrace and jacuzzi and this is the only reason we booked it. After a few minutes of being there we knew we wouldn’t be happy with the property and left to get a hotel room nearby. The property manager was not helpful at all and thought we were wrong for wanting to get what we paid for. I don’t recommend this property at all! ##### SYRUS T.
