We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen facilities provided and overall we were happy with the communication provided by the agency. But unfortunately when we had a problem accessing the information due to problems with our email ( not our fault nor the property manager’s) we were disappointed that despite all our efforts we were not able to gain access to the apartment on the first night.
