It offers an exceptional view of the canal and Quai Colbert, ideal for watching the fishing boats come and go and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the port. Bright and cross-ventilated, the apartment benefits from a beautiful South-West exposure, offering stunning sunsets over the sea and the canal entrance. Its private terrace allows you to fully enjoy this unique view. The apartment consists of: One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, A second bedroom with another 160 cm double bed, A living room with a sofa, A fully equipped kitchen area, A bathroom with shower. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with fans for your comfort during the summer. Its cross-ventilation also ensures good natural airflow.
