CITY CENTER - Right Bank - In a Residence 2 steps from the beach, P2 on the 1st floor of 30m², consisting of a bright living room with a sofa bed 140cm, tv and air conditioning, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm and air conditioning. A terrace of 4m ². A kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave/ oven, fridge. A bathroom with toilet. 100m from the beach and 200m from the city center. Ideally located to enjoy the Grau du Roi on foot. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Private garage with this accommodation.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
