Charming mountain cabin with a hot tub and breathtaking views of the Aravis Mountains

Chalet du Saugy is beautifully laid out to accommodate 8 people (maximum 10). Located between the heart of Le Grand Bornand and the Chinaillon ski area, you will discover a space that combines modernity and tradition, featuring high-quality materials and equipment. Boasting panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range, it is just 2 km from the ski slopes and shops. Situated at an altitude of 1175m and facing southeast, Chalet du Saugy is an excellent option for a mountain holiday in any season. The lower level includes a garage, an entrance hall with a boot dryer and storage space for 8 people, as well as a large laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and clotheslines. Sleighs are also available for the enjoyment of children and adults, allowing for fun on a beautiful slope of our grounds, which extend over more than 2000m². On the ground floor, there are two lovely bedrooms as well as a suite with a shower room (large walk-in shower and double vanity) and a piano. You will also find a separate toilet with cupboards containing some extra towels and linens if needed, as well as first aid supplies. The three bedrooms benefit from a splendid mountain view and access to the outside via a balcony; there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and two vanities, and an office with a table and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. On the second floor, the living room is bathed in light. The expansive bay windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, wine cooler, and refrigerator. A large table seating eight provides the perfect setting for enjoying delicious raclette and fondue (equipment provided). A fireplace with firewood is available, along with two sofas and armchairs/poufs for relaxation. The living room is designed for cosy gatherings around a charming wood-burning stove. A fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and vanity unit) is also located on this level. All four bedrooms feature double beds with high-quality linens for unparalleled comfort, as well as ample wardrobe space. A large balcony provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining (table and chairs for ten) or a relaxing nap on a garden lounger. Another separate toilet is located on this floor. The grounds surrounding the chalet are accessible from all three levels. They consist of two sun-drenched terraces, one with a jacuzzi. Sun loungers are available for relaxation. A fire pit and a barbecue complete this outdoor space.
