Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 33 m² flat for rent, situated in the heart of the village of Chinaillon and accommodating up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV, dining table, a large sofa and two armchairs for added comfort
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a raclette machine
- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140x190)
- A sleeping area separated by a curtain with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a washing machine
- Separate toilet

Outside:
The south-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the ski slopes and is furnished with a garden table and chairs.

The neighbourhood:
A very quiet residence in the centre of the village of Chinaillon.

Transport
- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the on-street parking spaces (not private spaces)
- The residence is 100 metres from the ski lifts
