"Place n°2" is a 42 m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, accommodating up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a chalet. Enjoy a southwest-facing balcony with stunning mountain views. Apartment location: - 500 m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 1.1 km from the downhill ski slopes - 700 m from the cross-country ski trails - 400 m from the free shuttle stop - 650 m from the bus station. Pets are welcome. Parking is available in a private outdoor lot. Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Check-in is from 4:00 PM - Check-out is before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of the mandatory tourist tax. Kitchen: kitchenette. Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, 110-liter refrigerator. Living room: 21 m², 1 sofa bed or pull-out bed (2 single beds). Bedroom 1: 12 m², 1 double bed, no exposure, 1 window or French doors. Bathroom: 1 bathroom with 1 shower, at least 1 shower. Toilet: 1 separate toilet. Location: Le Grand-Bornand Village

Le logement est idéalement situé, bénéficie d'une magnifique vue sur la chaine des Aravis. Il est spacieux avec une vraie chambre séparée. Nous avons été accueilli par une personne charmante.
