"Duche n°302" is a 36m² apartment for 5 people located on the 3rd floor. You will enjoy a south-facing balcony with mountain views. This apartment offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family or friends. It is located right next to a shuttle stop that will take you to the Grand-Bornand gondola lifts or, in summer, to the swimming pool and leisure area. Apartment location: - 1 km from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 500 m from the downhill ski slopes - 500 m from the cross-country ski trails - 20 m from the free shuttle stop - 1.1 km from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in an outdoor lot. Cleaning is required. Bed linen is provided. Towels can be rented. Arrival from 4:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of mandatory tourist taxes and towel rental if needed. \* \*To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette, 1 window or French doors. Kitchen equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 213L refrigerator, Nespresso machine. Pod coffee machine. Living room: 1 sofa.
