Relax in the private garden and on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. Please note the garden is not yet fully enclosed. You have a parking space in front of the attached garage and additional spaces on the street. In the garage, you’ll find children’s beach toys, a canoe-kayak, and fishing gear. The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 3-minute walk from the sea and Saint Goustan beach, and 15-20 minutes’ walk from the market square (Place Dinan) in Le Croisic’s center.
