This lovely apartment opens its doors for a stay in the Guérande region. Meet up to 4 (2 adults and 2 children) to discover La Baule and its surroundings. Just 700m from the main beach, you can easily get there and enjoy the joys of the seaside: between relaxation, swimming and activities, boredom will be far behind you! You can also enjoy the balcony to relax accompanied by the aroma of pine trees... Enjoy your stay!

Séjour la Baule août 2024

Le beau temps était au rendez vous. Super, la plage est à 7 minutes. Nous avons apprécié le balcon sur lequel nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Le cadre est agréable avec ces odeurs de pins.

Résidence agréable au calme

Un séjour au calme dans cette résidence très calme et reposante. A 4 minutes à pied de la plage et à environ 8 minutes de l'avenue Lajarije. Appartement très propre et bien entretenu ne manquait qu'une vraie carafe et un balai mais sinon rien à redire. L'appartement étant au premier il est un peu sombre à mon goût mais la résidence étant extrêmement calme il n'y a pas d'autre désagrément . Le gestionnaire Hoomy est très efficace je regrette seulement leur système de cautionnement via le site Tylt dont le fonctionnement est peu clair et qui vous demande d'envoyer une photo de votre pièce d'identité en plus de vos coordonnées bancaire. J'ai trouvé cela très intrusif surtout quand c est un site qui vous est inconnu.
