One of the rooms is equipped with a home cinema with a rear projector to watch your favourite films in a cosy atmosphere. And to complete the experience, a vast garden awaits you for outdoor meals, around a barbecue or plancha, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings. The cherry on top: the beach is only 650 metres away! A great opportunity to alternate between sea swimming and relaxing by the pool. Upon your arrival, you will discover a hall. To your left is the living room with its large sofas and a fireplace. To the right of the hall, you will find the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. There you will find an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, and an espresso machine. You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron, then access to the garage. You will discover two first bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a Queen size bed (160x200). There is also the room with the video projector and two bathrooms.
