Sleeping up to 4, our apartment was completely renovated in December 2020 and offers you all the comfort you need for your stay with your family, as a couple or for teleworking. Very bright apartment (S/O) over 43m2: 1 living room, 1 open kitchen, 1 mezzanine with 2 velux windows, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace of approx. 6m2\. All windows face the sea. On 3rd floor with elevator. Comfort : \- TV, WIFI \- New, comfortable sleeping arrangements: On the mezzanine: 1 double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm) (the beds are on the same mezzanine but separated by a chest of drawers); a sofa bed (140cm) in the living room. \- Fully-equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, 1 small freezer, microwave, oven, vitro hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher. \- New bathroom: Italian shower, wall-mounted hairdryer \- Terrace: table, chairs and plancha facing the sea! In the residence : \- Private outdoor parking space \- Free access to the residence's swimming pool (unheated) with deckchairs.
