"The apartment was somewhat dated, but very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient, mostly carbs, but plentiful. The fitness room needs repairs. Both treadmills were out of order, the standalone stationary bike wasn’t usable because the seat was jammed all the way down into the seat post and unable to be adjusted. Location for my event was fantastic. I would stay here again."

"My original room was beside a group of young guests who were extremely loud, shouting and making a lot of noise. I was there to relax, but there was no way I would have been able to enjoy my stay with that level of noise. I complained to the front desk, and after some back and forth, they were eventually able to move me to a different room on another floor. The room had two queen beds instead of the king bed I originally booked, but at least the new room was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. My main suggestion to the hotel is to be more proactive in situations like this. Security should be making regular hallway checks, especially when there are groups of young guests being excessively loud. A little more attention from the staff could prevent guests from having to complain in the first place. Overall, I appreciate that they eventually resolved the issue, but the situation could have been handled much sooner and more proactively."
