Very clean hotel and our rooms were very clean and tidy specious staff very friendly food was delicious

Hotel is wonderful. Everything is brand new. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms were modern. Hotel is In Lazimpat on the main road and you can take a 200 rupee taxi into Thamel tourist area. Staff are friendly and offer plenty of suggestions for sites to see and where to eat. Traveled as a solo female traveler and this hotel was very safe and in a nice area. It is away from the crowded tourist district of Thamel so it is pleasantly quiet and less crowded as compared to Thamel....

Hotel staff were amazing. It’s And Musti so friendly so clean breakfast amazing but really the stuff. I absolutely fabulous every small detail they fixed if there was anything needs fixing

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I received a room upgrade, as it was low season, which was very nice. The welcome fruit bowl and treats were great, along with a rose for Valentines Day. The airport shuttle was convenient. Food and service were good. The rooftop pool and restaurant were great, too bad the air pollution ruins the view.

We had a wonderful stay here, staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the free yoga at 7am. Pricey hotel but worth it to get a feel for Nepalese culture

There r two sides to a coin and I feel for a review to be complete, both shld be captured. So the bright side first :) 1. The hotel has an old world elegance in the heart of Kathmandu. 2. Very nice hotel in the heart of Thamel. Clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast full of options and the staff at the entrance desk is very helpful.

All of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The owner even picked me up from the airport as it was their election day. Breakfast staff made excellent coffees as well. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Can’t rate it 5 stars as anything other than an excellent backpackers’ hostel! Toilet and shower on every floor; private rooms available; cooking facilities; and run by a friendly Nepalese family.

The side street is quiet(er), while it's still right by Thamel and the main road. The courtyard and surrounding buildings are nice, room big and clean. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and sorted out my mistake of booking the wrong date with no issue. The other staff were also very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel but unfortunately a wedding was taking place at the same time as our stay so it was very noisy. The staff were great and the restaurant was good too

Absolutely wonderful stay; I only stayed one night but I would happily have moved my flights and stayed more nights if I had the money! From start to finish, customer service was excellent; I was welcomed with a smile and complimentary drink and shown to my room by welcoming and friendly staff, who chatted happily about my experiences in Nepal.
