"We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient."
"I had a wonderful time at his boutique hotel. My room had a balcony with a majestic view over the Ganges valley, and that itself was worth it! The hotel is nicely situated and sheltered from the main road. Much more quiet than the other side of the Ganges. I will gladly stay again..."
"Aloha On The Ganges impressed me from the start because of the staff. I was greeted kindly, felt welcomed, and was shown the resort amenities by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff person. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, often with someone coming right to my door whether to deliver a requested item or to pick up clothes for washing or to replace a broken item. I enjoyed the meals and found the wait staff willing to help me understand the dishes and suggest things I might like. They even made a box breakfast for me the morning I had to leave early. The spa and gift shops were of high quality, and again, staffed with friendly helpful people. The view of the Himalayan foothills and the Ganges river were extraordinary and access to the water was easy. I highly recommend this resort for cleanliness, attentiveness, and quality of things to do. "
"Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place. Please contact the hotel for the correct address so you don’t keep on running around with your luggage to look for the right place. Once we found the hotel, the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful and their breakfast for ₹500 each person was so worth it. There was a lot of variety in the Indian menu and it was a great buffet. It was not walkable distance to get to the Premium locations of Ganga, but you could hire an auto tempo for ₹20 a person to go from one end of the road to the other. It was closer to Triveni ghat and far from Lakshman Jhula. There are lots of places to eat around, but also a lot of traffic everywhere.. once you’re inside the property it is quiet and clean. I would recommend the property if you want to be a little away from sightseeing things and need clean accommodations "
"Friendly staff, quick and easy check in, large clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was basic, but fine for a hotel of this size. Worth requesting a room on the top floor for best views and quiet. Recommended and we would stay again for sure!"
"Great space, reasonable price, clean & fairly quiet room. Staff was helpful and provided a little heater for us. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
However we paid more for one room which had a private balcony and my sister paid less for a much more spacious room with a shared balcony, which was kind of odd. She wanted the private balcony and I wanted the space so we switched and that room’s bathroom shower drain was on the higher part of the floor so the bathroom was in perpetual puddle, Totally annoying, nonetheless Id still stay here again.
