"I do not understand how did anyone give it an 8 in reviews. The hotel was in a hidden street. There was no lift. But the shocking part was the room we got smelled pungent of mould/fungus. It wasn't clean either and when we complained they said its because it was closed n they didnt have any other room. The amenities said the breakfast was included (which was a factor when we booked this property) but later the staff denied that they don't serve free breakfast buffet, which was a shock.
