My holiday rental, decorated with great attention to detail in a boho style, was completely renovated in March 2023 and offers you a cosy and modern home with 150 square metres of living space, featuring underfloor heating and a fireplace.

Ideal for families with children, as well as for couples or guests with disabilities (those using walkers or wheelchairs).
You’ll have access to a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom featuring a walk-in wellness/rain shower and a freestanding bathtub, a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds, and a sleeper sofa. The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the whole family.

The holiday rental is equipped with a 65-inch TV with internet access, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi, providing entertainment for guests of all ages.
The covered patio with a grill is connected to the living and dining area. You can park right next to the house, where there’s space to accommodate several cars in the carport.

My holiday rental is senior- and disability-friendly, suitable for people using walkers or wheelchairs. The entire house and the garden/patio area are barrier-free.
A high chair can be provided free of charge upon advance request.
A washing machine is available for use in the adjacent laundry room at the property owner’s residence upon request.
For the perfect start to your day, various massages, beauty treatments, and pedicures (in the house) can be booked in advance or during your stay.

Lauscha is surrounded by forests and meadows, situated at a beautiful elevation (750 m), offering sweeping views and nestled in the heart of the great outdoors. This is the perfect destination for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as active holidaymakers such as hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, climbers, and skiers.

The town is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities:
Hiking, biking, or mountain biking; foraging for herbs, berries, and mushrooms; sunbathing; an adventure pool; a natural swimming pool; a summer toboggan run; Nordic walking; fishing; ice skating; sledding; cross-country skiing; downhill skiing; or cosy days on the couch by the fireplace.
