"We didnt receive any check in email so had no idea how to access the property, we waited at reception but no one was there, we called the number and were told the chalet was open and to just go in. Chalet was absolutely beautiful although the kitchen stools are very damaged. My husband booked this for a relaxing break away for my birthday, chose this location for the hot tub and jacuzzi bath, unfortunately only one side of the hot tub worked and the jacuzzi bath controls on the bath dont work. Was very very disappointed as this was the whole reason this property was chosen. Still havent received a reply from hoseasons either."
